Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services purchased on the LinkBiz platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. What We Sell

LinkBiz is a local discovery platform. Paid services on the Platform include:

• Subscription plans — recurring plans that unlock listing features for business owners, property owners, service providers, and builders.
• Credit packs — one-time purchases of credits used to unlock leads and platform features.
• Featured / promotional placements — paid visibility boosts for listings, where offered.

We do not process payments between customers and listed businesses. Any payment you make directly to a business, service provider, property owner, or builder is strictly between you and them, and is not covered by this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Your plan benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, including on a pro-rated basis, except as described in Section 5.
• Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect as per the terms shown at the time of upgrade.

3. Credit Packs

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Credits that have been used (for example, to unlock a lead) cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Featured / Promotional Placements

• Once a featured placement or promotion goes live, the fee is non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver a purchased promotion due to a fault on our side, we will either extend the promotion or refund the unused portion.

5. When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Failed transaction — money was debited from your account but the service (plan/credits) was not activated, and the payment was not auto-reversed by your bank within 7 business days.
• Wrong amount charged — you were charged an amount different from the price displayed at checkout.
• Service not delivered — a paid feature was never activated on your account due to a technical fault on our side, and we are unable to activate it within a reasonable time.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at support@linkbiz.in within 7 days of the transaction.
• Include your registered mobile number/email, the payment ID or invoice number, the date and amount of the transaction, and a brief description of the issue.
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 business days.

7. Refund Method & Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet) via our payment partner.
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
• We do not offer refunds in cash or to a different account/payment method.

8. Account Termination

• If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Use (fake listings, fraud, abuse), any remaining plan period or unused credits are forfeited without refund.
• If we discontinue a paid service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of that service.
